fantastic central riad experience
airport transportation easy arrival
the riad arranged airport transportation for me, easing my arrival process. someone met me at the taxi and guided me back to the riad (which was very helpful). my room was ready upon arrival, great for immediate relaxation.
i found the room to be quite simple, showing signs of age. the bathroom was also small, and the door made noticeable noise.

The staff was consistently polite and professional. Each member displayed a warm smile. i felt comfortable and very welcomed. the staff assisted with arranging taxi service back to the airport (a gesture i greatly appreciated).

The staff arranged airport transport. It was a short walk to the riad. I received a friendly welcome. The superior double room had simple beautiful decoration, it was clean. Breakfast featured delicious simple items. I ate on the roof terrace.

the staff was amazing! ahmed, zakaria, and jamal were all very nice. the entire place smelt amazing, i even asked what they use!
The rooftop was not clean. Lots of tables downstairs were dirty too. not enough information was included about the excursion i booked, i suggest providing more information in the leaflet.

airport collection beautiful decoration roof terrace
the staff arranged an airport collection, it was seamless. i stayed in a superior double room, beautifully decorated. breakfast was simple yet delicious and i ate it on the roof terrace.
The room door was noisy. It was hard to close it quietly.
